In our studio, each session becomes a moment of deep reconnection, combining precision, fluidity and power.
Reformer Pilates is much more than a workout: it’s a gentle, targeted method that sculpts the figure, improves posture and strengthens inner stability, while respecting the joints.
Thanks to its emblematic equipment – the Reformer, a machine with adjustable springs – you explore a wide range of movements, supported by resistance, gravity and your breath. Each exercise is designed to activate muscles in depth, while working on alignment, flexibility and balance.
In an intimate setting, our classes take place in small groups (maximum 4 people) or in private sessions, for personalized, stress-free guidance.

At the heart of our studio, these floor-based practices offer a space for centering, breathing and anchoring. Whether you choose yoga, pilates mat or prenatal, each session invites you to engage in a profound dialogue between body and mind.
Yoga releases tension, develops body awareness and cultivates presence, through harmonious sequences and guided breathing.
Pilates, on the other hand, works on posture, stability and inner strength, with precise bodyweight movements for deep muscle activation.
Gentle prenatal pilates accompanies expectant mothers through this unique period, strengthening deep muscles, soothing discomfort and creating a deep bond with baby.
These classes take place in small groups or privately, in a calm, caring atmosphere conducive to listening to oneself and evolving at one’s own pace.
